Shipping & Returns Information



  • Refunds are only given to returns deemed faulty or damaged. We do not offer exchanges and we are unable to hold items. All orders come with a thank you card. 
  • We will email you a Store Credit with NO expiry date. This credit can be used on any item on our online store and can be used all at once or a little at a time!
  • On the back of that card is a returns form.  Please fill in this form and send it back with the item you wish to return. This will greatly assist our returns team and make for a quick credit turnaround.
  •  All returned items must be in an unworn, clean, fresh and saleable condition (please no perfume smells or make-up stains!) and MUST have the original tags attached.  If your item doesn't adhere to these conditions - they will be returned to you. 
  • Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to decide to return it to us.  This is not the date of order - it is the date that you receive it.  We understand that postage can be slow and unpredictable.  Time in transit does not count towards the 14 days.
  • We advise that you send your return with a reputable carrier - ie Australia Post.  Please use tracking on returns as we have no way of reconciling your returning items and as a result cannot be held responsible for any losses. 
  • Returns are processed within 3 days of them arriving at our warehouse.  If you have been waiting longer than that - please let us know - and also check your junk/spam in case your Gift Card has ended up in there. Please also check the tracking of the parcel you returned - postage can be slow and it may take a little while for your return to reach us. 
  • There are NO returns on items purchased from the SALE section on our website.  Any items returned that were on sale will be sent back to you.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are SO sorry!  Please contact us at ASAP so that we can arrange for it to be returned to us for a refund/credit or replacement (depending on availability).

  • STANDARD POSTAGE (3+ business days).
  • EXPRESS POSTAGE (1-2 business days).
  • INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS POSTAGE (2-5 business days).
  • Delivery time is calculated in business days from time of despatch and can vary on your location.
  • Your order will be sent via Australia Post with each order having tracking and signature on delivery. (Please note current COVID-19 conditions may affect this.  Check with Australia Post if you have any concerns).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
  • All orders are final.  We aim to ship within 1-3 business days of your order being placed (this may be longer during a sale or busier times of the year) so please contact us ASAP with any changes and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • If you have been waiting a while for your order - please contact Australia Post.



  • Pick up/Drop off hours are strictly: Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm. You do not need an appointment to pick up/try on
  • You are welcome to try on your order in our change rooms when you collect your order.
  • Please ensure that you have received an email stating that your order is ready for collection BEFORE you come to the Warehouse.  If you do not have an email, then your order is not ready for collection.
  • Please ensure that you collect your order within 14 days.  Unfortunately we do not have a lot of space to hold orders, and if there are any changes you need to make to your orders, it will be more likely that we have the items in stock. We will do our best to contact you, however if your order is not collected within a reasonable timeframe, we will cancel your order and a store credit will be issued.
  • When returning an item, please make sure you include your original invoice and/or note with your name and invoice number clearly stated.
  • You will receive an electronic store credit once your return has been processed. Please note that this can take up to 3 business days.
  • If you would like to exchange and it is for the same item but a different size, or another garment of the same value, we will do our best to accommodate you.  We cannot hold items, but if it is available when you arrive, we can make this happen.

    If your order contains a pre-order item then your whole order won't be sent until the pre-order item arrives and it will be sent altogether.



    You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. 

Please make sure that your email address has been entered correctly at checkout! If you have not received an email, please check your junk folder, and if it still not there, let us know.



    We measure ALL of our garments.  We do not provide a guide - these are actual measurements!

    A size from each of our products is laid flat and measured across.  We then enter the measurements into a table and include it in the product description! 

    If you have an item at home that you love and fits you well, we encourage you to measure that in the same way, then compare it to our garments.  It is a great way to ensure that the piece will fit you and will save time and money in returns.
